One of my pet peeves is steroids. Do I mean the legality and ethicality of steroids? No, I mean the fact that there is not a day that goes by that
someone doesn't ask me if I take them. In fairness, I clearly look like I do take some form of chemical assistance. Most would say that it is genetically
impossible to look like me without steroids. Most people do not have my genetics. I'm in the same category genetically as Steve Reeves. I'm naturally
muscular and sport matinee idol looks...which leads me to the next paragraph.
I can hear you already, "That's great Max. Things came easy for you but how can I look like you?". The harsh reality is that you can't. So what am I saying? Am I saying that all is lost? No, because EVERYONE falls short of me. You are by no means alone. Let me clarify, however. Falling short of Max Outt can still mean that you are a great person with a fantastic physique. It only means that you are no Max Outt. Do you get what I'm saying? I'm saying that with my guidance you can be the best YOU that you can be. Not everyone can hit the ball out of the ballpark. With my guidance you can at least get to first base instead of striking out which is what most people do without my guidance.
I want to get back to the steroid issue. I'm mad at steroids but my anger stems from the fact that everyone assumes I'm on them. If they didn't exist people would accept that I'm genetically superior. There would be no reason to think otherwise. When you watch Max Outt, Episode One you can hear me defiantly state that "I do not take Steroids!". I meant that. Those 18.5" arms are completely natural. My year round 6.5% body fat is something I don't even diet for. In fact, I frequently eat at fast food restaurants. Instead of weeping because I have it easier I want you to accept me. Celebrate me. Learn from me. Become more like me. That's what I'm here to help you do.
Did you see me pumping out the reps on those tricep dips? Watch the video if you're one of the few who haven't. You're no doubt impressed but, hey, you know what? You can do those too, just like Max Outt. Emulate the form I use in the video and you'll do just fine. If you get confused mid-set refer back to the video. The beauty of that exercise is that hits all three heads of the triceps. That's three times the growth. You're welcome. I'll sum up this commentary below the video. Right now, watch this video, you're in for a real treat.
What I've been successful in getting across to you in this article is that I want you to be the best that YOU can be. Don't compare yourself to extremes like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dorian Yates, or myself. Be happy, be the new and improved you. Until next time, Max Outt!!!
